Cleveland officially signed its third-round pick Friday as the team's rookies arrived at training camp. ESPN reported Thursday that the four-year pact is worth up to $5 million ($1.07 million guaranteed). Since McCoy's a high-profile quarterback, he's earning approximately 50% more than players normally taken in his slot (85th overall).
